Jacksonville man wins $1 million with scratch-off ticket

Beasley Chester King, 55, of Jacksonville, claimed a top prize in the $5,000,000 Monopoly scratch-off game at the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.

King took the a one-time lump-sum payment of $770,000. The top prize in the game is $1 million.

King purchased his winning ticket from Tara Market, located at 3133 Spring Park Road in Jacksonville. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
