JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — An 18-year-old was arrested after police said he hit a juvenile in the back of the head at the Jacksonville Fair.
Police were at the fair on Saturday attempting to stop a fight when they said the 18-year-old was seen running up to the victim and hitting her in the back of the head.

The victim was knocked to the ground, police said.
The victim, who is under the age of 18, told police that she didn’t know why the man hit her.
Police used a Taser to apprehend the suspect.
The suspect, who was identified as Aumarri Cohen, was taken into custody. He is charged with child abuse.
