JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Law enforcement is investigating the death of 2-year-old Aaliyah Lewis in Jacksonville.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded at about 6:15 p.m. Thursday to UF Health Jacksonville in reference to a toddler's death.
Police say foul play is suspected, and it is not stranger-related.
On Friday afternoon, JSO said 20-year-old Jamarius Graham has been arrested on a charge of aggravated child abuse in Aaliyah's death. Graham is Aaliyah's mother's boyfriend, police said.
Officers are continuing to investigate.
