JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A new mom has quite a story to tell about her baby's arrival.
Baby Bella was born on Interstate 95 at Lem Turner Road at 8:17 p.m. Friday night.
She's now at Baptist Medical Center.
Mom and grandma were on the way to the hospital, but stopped so paramedics could assist with the delivery.
After Bella was born, they finished the trip in an ambulance.
The baby's grandma tells Action News Jax that Bella is in the neo-natal intensive care unit and is being monitored for a heart arrhythmia.
