Back to school in Jacksonville: Healthy meals for kids

Action News Jax is teaming up with the Jacksonville Moms Blog for back-to-school!

Anchor Letisha Bereola and mommy blogger and nutritionist Kelsey Cassman went into the kitchen with Chef Tony from Publix Aprons Cooking School to make healthy meals and snacks for kids.

He said if kids are involved in making their food, they will be more likely to try new foods.

Chef Tony demonstrated for Letisha and Kelsey how to make Caprese salad skewers, Monte Cristo sandwiches and Korean ground beef lettuce wraps.

Watch the whole video above to get more details on how to make these fun and creative foods.
