Jacksonville-area beaches, still in recovery mode less than a year after Hurricane Matthew, took another beating this week with Hurricane Irma, chopper video showed.

Sky Action News Jax flew over the damaged areas Tuesday to take a look at the damage.
Vilano Beach, the beachfront community just north of St. Augustine, was again shown to have widespread damage.
One home in Vilano Beach collapsed on the dunes, mere feet from the ocean.
Roofs and walls were missing from other homes.
Drone video showed more damage south of Vilano Beach.
Strong winds severely damaged Summer House condo and apartments in Crescent Beach.
