RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. — The Riviera Beach police department has released the mugshot of Michael Troy Hutto, he is in custody for manslaughter death of a local teenager in South Florida.
Multiple sources tell Action News Jax that Hutto is the co-founder of the Salt Life brand, which was started in Jacksonville Beach.
Lora Grace Duncan, 18, was found shot to death in a hotel room at Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront/Palm Beaches Resort.
Riviera Beach Police Department found Duncan after her parents called for a well-being check on their daughter.
Duncan had previously left Lake City with a known individual, according to police.
Police said Hutto was found suffering from a medical emergency and was transported to a hospital in Jacksonville.
Detectives responded to Jacksonville and through investigation were able to make a probable cause for his arrest.
He was arrested at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville and taken to the Duval County Jail.
