The woman was driving a Chevy Tahoe southbound on I-295 in the outside lane of the bridge and for unknown reasons lost control -- traveling across all lanes and striking a barrier wall, FHP said.

Drivers experienced heavy delays in the area as crews investigated.
Authorities said Kirsch was not wearing a seatbelt. All lanes have since reopened.
Kirsch was an employee at Black Creek Veterinary Hospital. The hospital sent Action News Jax the following statement:
"Black Creek Veterinary Hospital and staff are deeply saddened by the news of Rashelle's sudden passing this morning. She was a member of our work family for many years, we send our thoughts and prayers to her friends and family during this difficult time."
