Deputies found a dangerous acid while cleaning out a pharmacy in Lake City on Saturday.
Alachua County Sheriff's Office said a small container of crystallized picric acid, which is highly sensitive to shock and friction and can be explosive, was found at the pharmacy.
Lake City police called the sheriff's office for help removing the container from the area.
Deputies removed it with a bomb disposal robot and detonated it in a safe area.
They posted video of the detonation on Facebook.
