JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it was responding to a single vehicle crash on I-10 Eastbound at Cassat Avenue.
JFRD said the vehicle rolled over, ejecting one passenger and trapping another.
One of the passengers died and the other is in critical condition. Expect delays in the area.
