JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department said it was responding to an apartment fire on the 5600 block of California Avenue off 103rd Street Saturday night.
Crews are responding to an apartment structure fire in the 5600 block of California Ave ....E31 is on scene advising this is a working fire.
