Original Story: The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office said a car fire on the Hart Bridge has shut down the Northbound lanes on the bridge.
JSO is urging people heading to the Gator Bowl to take the Matthews or Main Street Bridges to get to TIAA Bank Field.
