Thursday morning a hard freeze warning is in effect until 11 a.m. for the Jacksonville area.
Temperatures will drop into the low to mid 20's inland, mid and upper 20's from I-95 to the coast by sunrise.

There is also a Wind Chill Advisory in effect for northeast Florida and southeast Georgia area until 11 a.m. with wind chills in the teens area wide.
Watch out for patches of black ice on sidewalks and streets this morning.
