A person was trapped and fuel began leaking after an accident involving two semis on Jacksonville's Westside.
The eastbound ramp from Cecil Commerce Parkway to S.R. 23 is closed as crews work the crash.
Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department said one person was trapped and a semi was leaking fuel.
