The Blackhawk Bluff neighborhood off Girvin Road is considered one of the best places to see Christmas lights in Jacksonville.
After the East Arlington neighborhood was hit by Hurricane Matthew, neighbors didn't let damage stop the Christmas tradition.
They've been lighting up the trees for at least 15 years.
