A Jacksonville man was arrested Sunday morning when he offered oral sex to an undercover officer for $27, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Rashad Mackey, 23, was arrested after a prostitution sting that was being conducted on Myrtle Ave., JSO said.
When JSO attempted to arrest Mackey, he resisted and tried to flee, the police report said.
A JSO officer deployed a Taser on Mackey, who stopped resisting and was taken into custody, JSO said.
JSO said this was Mackey's fourth arrest for prostitution. He was charged with prostitution and resisting arrest.
