The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office identified the man who a Jacksonville homeowner said he saw burglarizing his home on a smartphone surveillance app as Lorenza McQueen.
Officers said a man was checking live video inside his home on Front Road when he saw a man he didn't know inside on Wednesday.
The burglar ransacked his home and stole a laptop. He ran away when the homeowner set off an alarm via his cellphone app.
Officers released a clear photo of the suspect on Thursday.
