Hemingway went missing after the officer's house was broken into on Tuesday.
The officer's truck, two guns and keys to a JSO patrol car were stolen during the break in.
The stolen truck was recovered and a 14-year-old was arrested on Tuesday night.
The officer said the group will meet at the intersection of Hamilton Street and Hercules Avenue at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The reward for the return of the dog has also increased to $1,000.
The officer is warning people not to chase the dog, but to keep an eye on him and call the JSO's non-emergency number at (904) 630-0500 if they see him.
