The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday the arrest of an 18-year veteran who is accused of inappropriately touching a woman in a Jacksonville restaurant.
Officer Thomas McDonald, 47, was arrested for simple battery, JSO said.
McDonald was with a man and woman in the 5 Points section of Jacksonville when McDonald reached out and inappropriately touched the female, JSO said.
The incident was captured on video, and an arrest warrant was issued Tuesday.

McDonald is the eighth JSO employee arrested in 2017.
