Jacksonville police tell Action News Jax a man spotted a body in the Spring Park area.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, a middle-aged man was found dead outside the Emerson Inn on Phillips Highway Tuesday morning.
Police said they do not suspect foul play.
