Man's body found behind strip mall on westside

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Detectives are trying to figure out the cause of death of a man whose body was found behind a strip mall Sunday morning on Jacksonville's Westside.

A passerby discovered the body, which police said belongs to a man between 20 and 40 years of age.

According to initial reports, there are no obvious signs of foul play.

The man has not yet been identified.

Neighbors told Action News Jax that homeless people often hang out behind businesses on 103rd Street.
