LEESBURG, Fla. — UPDATE, 3/21/17, 8:30 p.m.: The Leesburg Police Department said Luna is in the safe in the Jacksonville area in the custody of her father.
Leesburg police posted on their Facebook page that they are working with the Florida Department of Children and Families and North Florida authorities to help resolve what has been determined to be a civil custody dispute.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office is seeking a missing 2-year-old child who may be in Jacksonville area or Georgia.
Luna Simons-Millsap was last seen in the company of 23-year-old Stephen Millsap and 23-year-old Taylor Dwyer, according to a Florida Missing Person Flyer from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
Luna may be traveling with Millsap and Dwyer in a black 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara.
Luna has blonde hair, blue eyes, weighs 37 pounds and is 2 feet 4 inches tall.
Millsap has blonde hair, blue eyes and is 5 feet 11 inches tall.
Dwyer has blonde hair, brown eyes, is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 95 pounds.
