Investigators say skeletal remains found in a wooded area in Ohio belong to a Jacksonville woman who was last seen in July 2015.
Officials said Tiffany Dawn Chambers, 33, was last seen in the Springfield area around July 16, 2015.
Remains later identified as Chambers' were found in a wooded area on May 1, 2016.

Investigators were unable to identify the remains after they were found. They unveiled a forensic facial reconstruction from the skull in December and were contacted by Springfield police about Chambers' missing person case.

The DNA profile led to the positive identification of Chambers.
Investigators said Chambers' remains had been in the wooded area for three months to one year before they were found. Her cause of death is unknown.
Friends tell Action News Jax that they had been looking for Chambers since she went missing.
They said she went to Mandarin High School.
