A local mother claims her daughter was injured at daycare and she wants answers.
Christina Garrow said the injury left her little girl crying and bleeding. Action News Jax uncovered previous problems at the facility.
Garrow, a mother of two, sent her one-year-old daughter Alyssa to Bradford Preschool and Learning Center.
Garrow said she discovered a bloody gouge on Alyssa's arm on Monday and said she believes it happened at the preschool.
"I knew it just happened because the blood was so fresh and red," Garrow said.
Now Alyssa's cut is covered with a bandage, but that doesn't mean Garrow's emotional wound is healed. Garrow posted about the incident on Facebook and that post has been shared more than 21,000 times.
"I don't understand how that place can still be open," Garrow said.
Linda Bryant is the owner of the daycare and Action News Jax Ben Becker asked her about Garrow's allegations.

"It looked like a scratch that had been scratched from a bug bite to me," said Bryant.
This isn't the first time the school has faced issues. According to the Florida Department of Children and Families, the daycare has been out of compliance for various reasons in the past two years, including training, teacher-student ratio, supervision and in one case, a child said he was hit in the head with a bamboo stick by an adult that caused a gash requiring two staples.
"That's been so long I can't remember," said Bryant, who declined to look at the DCF reports that Becker tried to show her.
"I'm telling you of out of the 30 years, we've had a few instances. It happens," said Bryant.
DCF said the facility has been cited for inappropriate discipline three times in the past two years. They were Class 1 violations, the most serious. DCF is investigating this latest incident. Garrow said she won't be bringing Alyssa back to the preschool.
