JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Officers are asking for the public's help in identifying a man.
Police say a man is accused of looking up a woman's skirt at a Westside Walmart.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500 or email JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org.
