A popular Jacksonville restaurant has closed its doors after restaurant owners decided not to renew a lease at St. Johns Town Center.
A restaurant spokesperson said Ovinté is closed effective immediately.

Restaurant owners said they feel it is in the best interest of the Forking Amazing Restaurants group to focus on its new projects.
The group owns Bistro AIX in San Marco and Il Desco in Riverside. A third restaurant, Cowford Chophouse, is currently under construction.
Ovinté gift cards will be honored at Bistro AIX or IL DESCO, a restaurant spokesperson said.
