JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A pedestrian was struck by a car in Jacksonville Beach Saturday, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.

We spoke to a local mother who witnessed the crash. She said a woman was hit by a car and pinned between a car and a pole. The woman was later taken to a hospital. JFRD said the injuries are serious.
