Update: Police investigating another Jacksonville child drowning
Police report that a 4-year-old girl drowned Sunday night in a Westside Jacksonville neighborhood.
Officers said the drowning happened in the 6000 block of Caprice Drive at about 8 p.m.
The girl, Kierra Queen Williams, drowned in a pool at a family member's home during a Fourth of July cook-out.
The girl was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the situation.
