CALLAHAN, Fla. — A woman is offering a $500 reward for information leading to a suspect after several family cats were killed in Nassau County.
Sarah Trump said she found her cat Silas near her driveway with an arrow sticking out of him on Tuesday.
"That was my baby," she said.
Silas is the third family cat Trump's lost in three years.
She believes the person who shot and killed Silas also killed the other cats.
Law enforcement said they can't do anything without proof or an admission of guilty.
"Just the fact that nothing is going to get done. It's just infuriating," Trump said. "It's like a child. At least to me or anyone that has an animal. That's just your family."
After seeing Action News Jax's report about Trump's cats, a woman offered $500 for information leading to the person who shot them.
"I feel for this poor girl," Nicole Boivin said. "I have too lost pets because of animal cruelty and this person needs to be stopped!"
