Traffic was backed up Friday afternoon on Interstate 95 southbound near Lem Turner Road due to a jackknifed semi truck.
The driver of the truck, who was not injured, said she hit a slick patch of the roadway. The driver tells Action News Jax it can be common for a truck to jackknife on slick roads if the trailer is empty.
The Florida Highway Patrol confirms it was a single-vehicle crash and there were no injuries.
It took a few hours to clear the scene and the southbound onramp on I-95 at Lem Turner Road was closed.
