A warrant for his arrest was issued after a girl under the age of 12 told deputies Brown touched her inappropriately three to four times between January and April.
The girl told deputies he came into her bedroom while she was watching television and touched her in the crotch region.

The girl told deputies she realized Brown's actions were wrong after a sexual child abuse talk given by her guidance counselor at school.
The police report said Brown and the girl were not related.
Brown's listed address was on Woodland Greens Drive in Ponte Vedra.
"It makes me sick," said neighbor Libby Blumberg, who lives just houses down from Brown.
"You feel like you're safe and then you hear something like this it's pretty disturbing," neighbor Lauren Klose said.
Brown lives on Woodland Greens Drive in Ponte Vedra and parents said the neighborhood is full of kids.
"I would say pretty much every house on this street has a child in it," Klose said.
We found Brown lives about a half mile from Valley Ridge Academy and less than a half mile from the neighborhood park.
"That's really, really disturbing," Blumberg said.
