CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. — A Ware County High School teacher caught trying to have sex with a teenager in Camden County may have exposed him to HIV.
Tracy Wayne Crosby, 42, now has a reckless conduct - HIV infected person charge against him, according to the Camden County Sheriff's Office jail log.
Last week, Action News Jax reported that a 16-year-old's mom caught Crosby with her child in a compromising position.
Crosby has since been fired from his teaching position in Ware County and part-time job as a deputy in Pierce County.
