FLORIDA: Deputies say Florida man permanently disfigured in fight over Minute Maid punch
A 28-year-old Pinellas County (Fla.) woman is in jail after she was accused of hitting a police officer with a “wet, white paper object,” which police said was a tampon.
Tacora Fields is charged with aggravated battery on police officer. She is being held in the Pinellas County Jail on $5,000 bond.

According to a police report, Fields was involved in a brawl involving unnamed parties. An officer responded and was told to “suck her (expletive)” and “I”ll hit you with my tampon ... in your mouth.”
According to police, Fields then removed a tampon and threw it at the officer, striking him on the left shoulder.

Fields reportedly attempted to flee but was arrested after what law enforcement termed “a successful taser deployment.”
The police report noted that Fields was not suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
