Men arrested on child porn charges at fair allegedly had nude photos of same 15-year-old

TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says a fight between a teenager and her 36-year-old boyfriend led to two child porn arrests at the Tulsa State Fair in Oklahoma.

Deputies say someone noticed the 15-year-old girl and the man, Brian Clement, fighting over a cellphone.

Deputies found the duo and another man and brought them to their area of the fair for questioning.

Throughout the investigation, deputies say they found naked pictures of the girl on Clement’s cell phone.

Deputies say that the other man, later identified as 31-year-old Jesse Scullawl, became very irritated and asked why the deputies weren’t taking Clement to jail.

Deputies said they then learned that the 15-year-old was seeing Scullawl, as well.

Authorities say they found nude pictures of the girl on Scullawl’s phone, too, as well as some inappropriate messages.

Clement was booked on charges of child porn, lewd proposals to a minor and domestic abuse.
