JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Families living at a Southside complex reached out to Action News Jax with complaints of mold, dark parking lots and hallways, and lots of bugs.
Action News Jax's Dawn Lopez wanted to get answers for these families.
She went door to door looking at the conditions and she took what she found right to the owner's door.
