Deputies are asking people who live in the area to search their property for any signs of Warth.
Action News Jax learned Warth was reported missing after his son visited his home and could not find him.
Warth may be lost and disoriented, Clay County Sheriff's Office said. He is unable to speak because of strokes he had in the past.
He was last seen in a yellow, Hawaiian-style shirt and khaki shorts leaving his friend's house down the road.
Deputies are asking community members to be on the look out for him and to call 911 if they see him.
