Moffit says right now, his confidence in the Jags for tonight’s game and the rest of the regular season is through the roof.

“I’m with my friends, we’re coming out supporting the team at Sneakers. We’d rather be in New Jersey though, but we’re here supporting,” says Moffit.

Jags fan Isaac Scruggs was born and raised in Jacksonville.

He says the success the team has seen recently, means so much for the city.

“We’ve been starving for a team to give us some good production on the field. Doug Pederson — I feel like he is bringing that to us,” says Scruggs.

Kyle Davis, co-owner of Bay Street Bar and Grill downtown, says the Jags’ hot streak has really helped business.

“It helps us a lot. Especially on the exciting end because we are sports. Especially football, when your home team wins, you want to go out and celebrate,” says Davis.

Davis says when the Jags win, business owners in Jacksonville win as well.

“It’s no ‘maybe.’ It will, for sure — you know that. If we keep winning, everybody down here is going to have some business.”
