Sunday at 2:34 a.m., the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to a call on the 1500 block of W. 30th St. in Moncrief. Police said they found a deceased man on a concrete slab.
According to police, their homicide and crime scene units are conducting an investigation. There is no suspect information at this time, police said.
