JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a man they said fired shots outside Wacko’s Gentlemen’s Club Friday night, landing one man in the hospital.

Police said the victim smashed his black convertible into a vacant business across the street.

A witness who was out for a bachelor party early Saturday morning said he heard the gunfire while waiting for his Uber.

The witness, who did not want to be identified, said, “I was in shock. I can’t believe there was gunfire at the time that we were trying to have a good time.”

The witness and his four friends said the shooter was in his 20s, between 5-foot-10 and 6 feet tall and no more than 160 pounds.

Police said the shooter fired multiple shots at the driver of a Camaro.

The witness said, “He floors it into the side of a building, crashes and then gets out of his car and starts running into the neighborhood.”

Witnesses said the shooter also ran before he jumped into a car and took off.

Police said they are looking for surveillance video in the area.

Action News Jax requested the video from a camera at Wacko's and a camera across the street.

The victim’s friend said he was shot in the head and he does not know the motive.
