Fifty Krispy Kreme workers are out of jobs after two Jacksonville locations closed on Sunday.
Krispy Kreme plans to help the workers with additional pay and possible transfers, and Pizza Hut managers are also doing their part to find them jobs.
Workers from the Krispy Kreme locations at 3814 University Boulevard West and 7812 Merrill Road are invited to a job fair on Wednesday.
Thirty Pizza Hut locations are participating, according to Mark Becker, a Pizza Hut district manager.
He said he hopes they find all of the workers new jobs.
One job fair will be held at 6140 Merrill Road from 2 to 5 p.m.
A general manager of Tropical Smoothie is also offering to help the workers.
