JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Two sources tell Action News Jax Brianna Williams, the mother of missing Jacksonville girl Taylor Williams, has been moved from the hospital to the Duval County Jail.
Williams was taken to the hospital following an apparent overdose on Nov. 12, the same day police in Alabama said human remains were found in Alabama during the search for 5-year-old Taylor.
Brianna Williams' bond is set at $1.1 million. If released on bond, she would be placed on GPS monitoring, according to a judge's order.
As of Thursday afternoon, Williams had not yet been booked into the Duval County Jail and was still being treated at a Jacksonville hospital for an apparent overdose.
Sheriff Williams said she was taken to the hospital in serious condition Tuesday, the same day the announcement about the discovery of human remains came out.
JSO said they had not yet informed her of the charges before she was taken to the hospital.
JSO said Wednesday they couldn't give an update on her condition but when she is moved, her housing status will be updated on her booking sheet.
Her next court appearance is scheduled for December 4.
UF Health officials tell Action News Jax Brianna Williams, mother of missing 5-year-old Taylor Williams, is not in their system as a patient.
She was taken to the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being found unresponsive on base at NAS Jax from an apparent overdose.

The arrest warrant from the State Attorney's Office for Brianna Williams explains the charges against her in this case.
Brianna Williams is facing two counts of child neglect and one count of giving false information to law enforcement during the investigation, according to the warrant.
The child neglect charges stem from a witness statement. According to the warrant the witness lived in the neighborhood where the Williams lived. The witness said Taylor Williams was seen wandering around the complex alone multiple times. One time he walked her back to her apartment, made sure she got back inside and had her lock the door behind him. In the warrant, the witness told police that he noticed Taylor was left alone at least every other day.
The false statement charge is because, according to the warrant, Brianna Williams told police that her mother took care of Taylor through the month of October. Brianna Williams' mother told police that she has not seen Taylor since January.
