The Baker County Sheriff's Office confirms Fraser Memorial Hospital and Frank Wells Nursing home have both been evacuated due to emailed bomb threats.
The Jacksonville Bomb Squad is on scene clearing the facilities.
The threat came in around 2 p.m. Thursday.
This comes during many threats emailed out nationwide Thursday.

Clay County Sheriff's office is also reporting bomb threats have been made in their county.
Union County Sheriff's Office said a suspicious email bomb threat was made to Lake Butler Hospital. The Sheriff's Office said federal and state agencies traced the treats to overseas. The hospital is not being evacuated according to the Sheriff's Office.
Nassau County Sheriff's office said two businesses in Fernandina Beach received bomb threat emails around 3 p.m.
Lake City Police Department in Columbia County said they are investigating one emailed bomb threat.
St. Johns County Sheriff's Department said there were five reported bombed threats in the county, one being in city of the St. Augustine.
Duval County had one bomb threat at the Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute in San Marco.
The FBI released this statement, "We are aware of the recent bomb threats made in cities around the country, and we remain in touch with our law enforcement partners to provide assistance. As always, we encourage the public to remain vigilant and to promptly report suspicious activities which could represent a threat to public safety.”
