Police said a body was pulled from the St. Johns River near downtown Jacksonville on Saturday night.
At around 8 p.m., the body of a deceased man was spotted floating near the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts.
An officer from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission responded and retrieved the body.
The identity of the man has yet to be released, and Jacksonville police did not say whether the body is related to a person who had fallen in the St. Johns River on Friday.
Police will provide more information as it becomes available.
