The driver was speeding at about 105 mph in a 65 mph zone and reached to speeds of 116 mph, deputies said.
The driver stopped the vehicle on SR 200 near Timbercreek Boulevard. The driver, 45-year-old Craig Cobourn, was taken into custody.
Deputies said they smelled alcohol and Cobourn's eyes were bloodshot and glassy. Deputies also said they found an open container of Four Loko malt liquor in the center console’s cup holder.
Cobourn is being held in the Nassau County Detention Facility.
