A report said Pamela Marie Weister, 46, got into an argument with the victims about cleaning.

The two victims said they left the house after Weister told them to do so and then they said they saw Weister spilling deer corn on the driveway, damaging a deer feeder.

Weister started to yell at one of the victims, who threatened to call the police, authorities said.

One of the victims refused to give Weister her cell phone. Weister then grabbed one of the victims by the neck as the victim pushed Weister against a dresser, police said.

The victim pushed Weister away after Weister dug her fingernails into the victim's forearms.

Police said Weister then struck the victim in the upper lip with a closed fist. The victim then struck back at Weister in her eye, according to the report.

The victims said they locked Weister out of the home and she reportedly broke in and grabbed one of the victims and sharply bent their fingers back. The two fought and Weister struck the victim in the right ear.

Officers said the victims locked the door again, escaped through a window and ran to a nearby house.

Officers said Weister seemed to be intoxicated when they talked with her.

She was arrested for child abuse without great bodily harm.
