DCPS students can now get free telehealth services at school

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Hazel Health has partnered with Duval County Public Schools to provide health care services to students.

This service is at no cost to families this school year.

A school health representative can initiate the video visit to help students with physical or mental health services.

These are times students can attend these visits:

  • Hazel visits are available at school during regular school hours.
  • Hazel at Home services for mental health are available Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Hazel at Home services for physical health are available Monday-Friday 7 a.m. -7 p.m.

When parents sign up their child, Hazel Health it will review their health insurance provider. If your child does not have health insurance, Hazel Health will verify that information and still provide the service at no cost.
