JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Doug Pederson is the man for the Jacksonville Jaguars and today he was formally introduced.

He has a solid resume under his belt, including a Super Bowl win.

Some fans think this will help push the Jaguars to the next level.

Chris Cantillo owns Rekonekt Riverside, where he fixes broken cell phones.

“Big Jags fan and we started having players come up here and we were fixing their phones,” Cantillo said.

Signed jerseys, helmets, pictures and signs decorate the store with each piece meaning a lot to him.

“The first-ever sticker Delore Weaver and Wayne Weaver ever signed, the owner of the Jaguars,” Cantillo said.

And just like his job, a repair for the Jaguars is hoped to be in sight with the hiring of Head Coach Doug Pederson.

“He has a Super Bowl under his belt. He pretty much brought a team that had nothing into something so I felt like it could be big for us,” Cantillo said.

As someone who describes themselves as a diehard Jaguars fan, Cantillo says the addition of Pederson at the helm pushes the team in the right direction.

And for the shop, he’s hoping for some big names to take a visit.

“We gotta get Trevor in here and Doug for an ice cream party,” Cantillo said.
