JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office investigators are searching for a black Cadillac Escalade that was seen leaving the scene of a shooting Sunday morning.
JSO said an adult male was shot near the 300 block of N Main Street at a Brentwood gas station around 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
The victim was transported to the hospital by Jacksonville Fire and Rescue with non-life-threatening injuries.
JSO said a male in a black Escalade was seen driving from the area but did not say how he was involved.
There was no other suspect information released.
This is Jacksonville’s fourth shooting this weekend; three others happened Saturday. According to Action News Jax’s records, this is the 301st shooting in Jacksonville this year.
