JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Jacksonville massage therapist gave up her massage license after allegedly offering to perform a sex act on an undercover Jacksonville Sheriff’s Officer, according to an administrative complaint submitted to the Florida Board of Massage Therapy.
The complaint alleges that Mi Suk Suk Bae, also known as Mi Suk Gladstone, offered or agreed to perform the sex act on an undercover officer while working at Victoria Spa on Normandy Boulevard on Nov. 28, 2017.
Bae was arrested and charged with offering, committing or engaging in prostitution, and plead no contest in Dec. 2017.

Because the crime was committed while Bae was practicing massage, several Florida laws regarding conduct of massage therapists were broken.
The Board of Massage Therapy was on its way to revoking her license, but Bae’s forfeiture of the license will allow her to avoid further administrative action from the board.
In the process of giving up the license, Bae agreed never to practice massage in Florida again. Her conduct was also entered into a national database of massage practitioners.
