Shots fired during domestic violence incident

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — On Saturday, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to shots being fired at the 4300 block of Confederate Point Road.

Upon arrival, officers learned that a domestic dispute had occurred. An ex-boyfriend had rammed his vehicle into his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle while the new boyfriend was inside.

The new boyfriend exited the vehicle and fired a gun multiple times at the ex-boyfriend’s vehicle in retaliation.

Fortunately, no one was hurt during the incident.
